Made a mistake-need help

Today I turned off some addons and now my UI is basically blank. Abilities, Backpack, Character, Tome of Knowledge, Main Menu, Parties and Warbands, User Settings, Guild, and Help Icons are now missing. If I remember correctly I turned off all addons that begin with the letters EA. How do I get back into User Settings to turn on the addons I closed?
