Raven Host Vanguard T1 PQ stuck

So I dont know if its a bug or not so Im wondering if its supposed to be like this.

In Nordland, the T1 PQ "Raven Host Vanguard" at Stage II where you have to "Protect Father Siegwald" doesnt progress. No monsters spawn to attack or whatever and there is no timer either. So it wont restart.

Is this a known issue? Because I havent seen any posts about it.
