Does that mean that if i'm reasonable enough to farm PvE at 40, until 60rr i'll have an enormous hp pool?

You do realize HP means nothing if your defences are low. The real issue is that conq- people should not be in the same Rvr / sc tier than BiS players, but they will tell you that "the server doesn't have the population for a lower tier" (which is a false statement).

Imho r40 gear should be completly rebalanced, e.g. conq should have similar stat and armor values to endgame gear. Endgame gear just should offer more "interesting" procs and extra abilities (like Sov does).
"Fresh" people (or characters) are already weaker due to lower renown pool.

These abilities are so "interesting" that most common builds completely ignore them as garbage(usually they aren't that bad, but losing stats because of full sov isn't an option).

The most common exception are tank charge in ORvR (those tanks are just deffy meatshields anyway) and AM/shaman crit immunity.

Thats why I wrote "r40 gear should be completly rebalanced". You still would need mix of ranked and sov rings for BiS mix stat wise. Also, having more gear sets close stat wise, could help with getting more interesting builds. Right now, you got no real gearing choices in end game, because even if you would like to use some older set for some proc, you give up too much on stats.

If you ask me there should be no stronger sets than vanq to reduce power creep.

Well then maybe we should just be able to make full decked out chars like on the PTS and give all those that leveled and farmed for years, to get their renown and gear a big kick in the balls while telling them that all their time invested in the grind was for nothing.
