2. Correct. No stupid pet, incoming healing debuff, some additional stuff (like purge/debuff cleanse and self heal for DoK/WP or wounds debuff and pull on demand for mara).

You must slot +crit power+revenge to be able to deal damage most of the time (which means that you are effectively playing 3 tactic at any given moment - and, occasionally, for a 6 seconds - with 2 tactics only). And, sadly, pet does add some damage (when it actually attacks your target) which means that revenge is not that far ahead of your usual damage.
