The damage output just isn't there for all their shortcomings. In 6-mans the damage is way too telegraphed and easy to counter, in wbs they struggle because bombing basically makes you a melee dps without armor and mobility.

sorc has it worst of the two.

After you see disrupt disrupt disrupt, all your 1600 armor with pot vanish from 1 gcd of lion and you start actively help kiling yourself taking 750 morale damage from backlashes with 8k hp pool. All you need to know about sork nowadays.

I cannot tell about BW but.
This describes the situation with solo Sorc quite well.

The backlash is insane in comparison to what can you get for it (and in comparison to other dps classes with huge burst... without any backlash).
