What is the best way to look for T1 Lair Boss Groups?

Hi,

I'm really new to the game, but have seen people at low levels running about with really cool helmets, I've been told that they drop from the T1 Orc Lair Boss.

I'm not really sure how to find groups in this game apart from the generic RVR open warbands.

So my question is what are the best ways to find groups for this type of content, is there a discord server? Or are forums the best place to post. I've asked in game in region chat & lfg chat but I never get a response.

If you join a RVR warband and the boss is up you can ask in the WB if anyone wants to do it. It takes like 2 mins. You'll probably want to temporarily drop the WB though and create your own party as I think the contribution is party-wide
