Using siege to block entrances is an asshole move. Hopefully the devs also consider it an exploit and can come up with a fix.

So you think having to kill one, or two, or three, or four siege weapons to get in a door or up a set of keep stairs is an example of the game working as intended?

On live we used siege like that to defend a keep. Since there is collision, it made it harder for destro to come up the ramps. But siege was free in those days.

Another solution that worked amazingly was having 4 WL's summon pets across the ramp and set to passive. The 20 seconds it took destro to kill them allowed us to aoe the crap out of them and laugh while doing it.

So they complained and complained and cried and the devs added the back ramp, where it is too wide for that tactic to work. Another example of the devs always caving in to destro tears. :)

In my books it's a **** move. If I catch players doing it, I will be dealing with them. Same will be said if other GMs catch players doing it.

Thanks. That's a clear statement.

Now everyone considering this a valid tactic can crawl back into his hole.
