Noobie asks: Which side is in need of which roles?

As I am totally new to the game and pretty open for anything, which side is in need of which roles mostly?

I suggest you to play the class and side you like, not the most wanted or needed.

Last I checked on order we had an extordinary abundance of healers and rdps on order and instead need good tanks and mdps?

As for destro I feel has a good dispersion of all archtypes so you can play whatever you want there

I know my guild has a serious lack of Black Orcs, and I always preferred when we had one in party.

Pick a few classes you like the appearance/description of and play them through T1. It'll take a few hours per character, but you'll get a basic idea how the class mechanics work. Then pick a few that you like and continue playing those. You have 20 character slots, so it's not like your options are limited.

I mean, play a goblin. Goblins are the best!
