A lot of high rr healers are wearing full armor talismans

wounds to 5-6k(depending on healer), armor to 2400, then all into toughness. Armor is useless against non physical damage, and too many DPS have high enough WS/armor debuff to make it worthwhile stacking above that. Also, Winds Impervious for more armor/ini and capped resistances.

What is High lvl for you? 32er/164er?
If you check the AH for the mean price - yes they are expensive, but noone buys them for >200g - i never sold a single one (300g )

164er are pretty reliable to obtain. 200er frag, essence, curio and dust. All you need is time to farm the mats and i wouldn't call it extensive farming.

180er on the other hand, yes they are expensive.
