WP aoe detaunt tactic

Intimidating Repent
In my memory it was swapped with Hastened Divinity(AA spd increase) in wrath path.
was it reverted?
Do you need 2h + wrath path for aoe detaunt now?
1h aoe detaunt still impossible?

ok 2h + wrath path aoe detaunt tactic works.
1h not works.
don't know when Hastened Divinity, Fanaticism changed but it seems not a bug.

Fanatacism changed durning live, same time DoK got Murderous Intent and Sigmars Radience/Transfer Essence replaced old lifetaps. I belive the old version of Fanaticism was something like 25-30% increased crit chance without drawbacks when using a 2 hander at 12 points in Wrath.
