If believe to .ab ch, Engi turret provides 25% range buff, while Magus long range daemon - 40%
So if they are using long range pets, Magus attacks has 15% more range
If they are using any another pet - their range are equal

Hm, I was sure, there was 40%...
Can't check right now.

I disagree with the OP. What I see much more is the composition like this:

Destro (vastly outnumbers everything everywhere, with seemingly only organized guilds all over):
tanks -› heals -› mdps -› rdps

Order (mostly staggering pugs, with an occasional elite soloer):
rdps -› tanks -› heals -› mdps

When there is competition, destor locks zones 95% of the time. In offpeak hours or deep NA hours, Order has a chance for a few lock too.

You are playing another Destro, than me, probably...

Last I checked, the Magus was supposed to have slightly more range than the Engineer in their respective long-range trees. Has this been reverted? I am unsure as to what iterations of the changes are still in effect, to be honest.

long range skill have 100 range with bolt of change 150, with 5+ stack of empower on pink horror rannge go to 125 for normal skill didn't check bolt but it should be at 188

the effect of turrets and demons are EXACTLY the same, skill range are exactly the same, the only difference is that on mid mastery 9 point skill for eng is a 65ft linear AoE while magus have a ST channel with 100 range... also note that the channel is not affected by the demons buff that allow to cast while moving ^^'

Ah, so it must have been reverted then. Cheers.
