Best ranged DPS for soloing on order is hands down SW.

you never need potions or healing as you never take dmg (even in skirmish stance you'll notice the npc ranged attacks do not reach as far as yours meaning they do not get to shoot you often, if at all) and you can use a lot of your shots on the move and the 5% crit is really nice.

Killing enemies 5 to 10 lvls above your lvl is no problem at all.

as for Destro i do not know. i do not play on destro enough to know.

as for Warbands it would be AM not because it can out dps BW but because you can also heal or res others in the WB giving you versatility.

if you do not want to have to heal or res then BW for a care free dps session.

a warning to you though is if you use SW in RvR EVERYONE will go for you first. they will ignore the healers, tanks and other dps because they know what happens if they leave an SW to shoot at them freely. plus SW is the weakest armored and easiest to kill of all the classes on both sides.
