No life taps that i've known of have ever been affected by any kinda healdebuff with the exception of Sham/AM durning the experimental steps.
Not even the base heals of SR/TR which have no dmg component to them where affected by HD's. It's the only lifetap that gets trough absorbs, challange etz except for the Steal Life morale.

Life taps are negative damage that's why they don't get affected by heal debuffs but instead shields etc.
