Destruction players players - Should scenarios only pop when balanced parties are available?

Devs previously stated this was implemented years ago, and complaints about no scenario pops made them revert changes to what we have now. Might be a little different results now during prime time server pop, but NA and Oceanic will most likely have some complaints.

maybe 1 tank and 1 heal for each party.

That matchmaking is already working: sc launch OLNY when the 3 roles are filled, that means at least 1 tank /1 healer/1dps.

Other thing that ppl struggle to understand is that when sc pop some ppl simply dont join because whatever reason (in combat, afk, etc)...so if you find that have 0 healers or 0 tanks means that the ones in queue simply didnt accept to join.
