Will there be a balance patch before ranked season 4 begins?

Currently the main balance patches happen between seasons of ranked. Season 3 ended in January and Season 4 is due to start in a day or two.

Is there going to be a balance patch for Season 4 and if so, is it due before the season starts or has it been delayed?

We will not be releasing a balance patch during this pre-season. An announcement was already scheduled for the evening.

Dalen has received several suggestions from the community and the Realm Champions have shared great fruitful input, but following previous events, we would like to take more time and get involved in more discussions before releasing any planned change.
