What if destro tanks are better defense wise with their morals and the shield channel and slayer rampage is the only order thing that can break that? What do you think is gonna happen if you nerf that?

Balancing is not easy. When all classes are kinda competitive and only one is overperforming then adjustment is easy. When only one class is performing well and the others are lacking and you nerf that one performing class then you have only lacking classes left and a huge shift in realm vs realm balance.

You can't really say why there are so many slayers. Is it because they are really good or is it because there are not really other options? Or both?

I think that only means that Order has more hardcore premades than Destro. And I think it's safe to say that the most successful comps are prefering certain classes. It's not hard to see that they are mostly using mdps comps.

If you look at my last post "Lots of Numbers: SC by Side" you can see that the Order vs Destro balance isn't that bad at all. Here:

SC STANDARD/T4 - Order SCs rounds won: 7394 of 13596
SC STANDARD/T4 - Destro SCs rounds won: 6202 of 13596

Pretty balanced??...order won 1.192 rounds more than destro => thats a +19´2% winrate above the 6202 destro wins...doesnt look "pretty balanced" to me....where start the imbalance??

43% OF TOP 100 AVG DMG are slayers...wtf! this is balanced too?

It's different from day to day and also from day time. I don't have data about LOTD but I think destro won like 90%

43% slayers? Ok, lets say they nerf slayers into the ground? You gonna see huge amounts of the next best class in the TOP100 then. Probably WLs. Nerf them into the ground and you gonna see the next best class again. BWs? WHs? And so on.

These groups always gonna pick what gives them the highest chance of winning.

It's not a secret that some classes doing very well in there and others not well at all. How many engis or magus do you see?

From day to day? you posted data from 13596 scs...that´s not 1 or 2 days....probably more than a week (since you collected the data probably can check the days/weeks tracked)

That's an average emiliorv of around 1 month of t4 SCs. Yes on average Order is winning a bit more.

What do you mean? There is no doubt that destro won A LOT more lotd rounds. Out of the first 20 lotd rounds Order won like 2 and Destro 18. I might be off by a few % but that's what it was.

Very interesting data, but uff that top 100 looks rough for Destro. One Mara, one DoK, no BO, no SH, no Shaman. Not sure it mechanics balance or population balance is the issue.

I have more data now. Over almost all killboard SC recordings.

SC STANDARD/T4 - Total SCs evaluated: 27868
SC STANDARD/T4 - Order SCs rounds won: 14761 of 27868 52,97%
SC STANDARD/T4 - Destro SCs rounds won: 13107 of 27868 47,03%

Order is winning around 6% more T4 STANDARD SCs.
