Altdorf Entry stuck on ToK

Ever since the Night of Murder event, and the opportunity to attack the opposing faction, mainly Altdorf, speaking from my own experience, the Tome of Knowledge has an entry that can't be wavered away regarding Altdorf, viewing it does not dismiss it, and it's stuck there, while not game-breaking, can be rather irritating, sometimes if you're not noticing, you might miss a notification that you've unlocked any new tome unlocks.
