One thing about chaos classes...

One thing that kind of gnaws at me is why are the chaos classes only tzneetch followers? It would be so cool if each of the chaos classes represented all of the chaos gods;

Khrone: Melee DPS with a blood and skull builder/spender system

Tzneetch: Ranged DPS. keep it the same as Magus

Nurgle: Tank with self healing and aoe debuffs for that plague theme. Make the gear sets have heavy deformations like puss and boils. Disgusting and badass.

Slaanesh: Healing with a focus on heaving single target bleeding debuff for the sadism that She Who Thrists is known for. Skimpy gear sets for male and female characters.

Just my two cents. I love the chaos faction as is.

it would be nice if you could choose, but sadly the original developers decided to make the lore of this game with the destruction (and as a result the Chaos player characters) lead by a tzeentch. iirc in the original lore tchar'zanek became the warhost/chaos champion for tzeentch and defeated nurgle's exalted champion in battle and was looking to be the next everchosen or something like that.

Mythic probably originally planned to have chaos like OP suggested, but corporate stepped in to make it a paid expansion.

Actually it is lore.

Khorne- mages including chaos ones get attacked on sight.
Nergle- the looks are not for everyone.
Slaanesh- true to the lore Slaanesh anything would make this game very much over 18.
