It very easy to solve this problem, just to make HD affect on regen !

Most classes do not have a reliable way to access heal debuffs. On top of that it'd further buff the already problematic stealth classes as they have a baseline HD and the opportunity to get another one (WE more so than WH). Remove the Grimshimmer chest, Regen pocket and the most important thing, is to change back to faster GCD. Regen started to dominate after changing Gcd to 1.5s from 1.15s - Meaning you can do 6 abilities in 10 seconds. With 1.15s GCD it was 8 abilities in 10 seconds. Also the Narrative "Balance is not done based on 1v1" is not true, Balance is done with attitude " if there is negative aspect to soloplay its always a good thing "
This 20-25% slowing of the gameplay is main reason for Regen to dominate. Also every unique, hard hitting "OP" skills have been blanded/copy pasted and ofc best ones removed. Also 1 toughness negates 1 str/bal/int. In Aor 1 toughness negated 0.5str. Combat Formula also had Double Str contribution for "Special" Abilities, but your targets touhgness was also doubled against that special ability. I dont know why RoR would even change this to super simplified version

Or Shaman with Odjira+Run Away tactic+Run away renown ability = 115% Speed buff : D All of this is fun which makes the game, when you remove all of the fun there is not really much WAR left in RoR:(
