Macro selftarget + ability

I am a complete noob in regards to Macros, and apparently /target is banned because you can do absurd things with it. I would like to have a macro that doesnt change my defensive target, but lets me use "consume strength" on myself. Is this something you can do, or would i have to keybind "selftarget" click that + the ability and then switch back to my defensive target?

I think there is not a macro to do it

But, you can use F1 to Target yourself and you can use "Wartriage" addon too to pick up defensive target from your WB with a keybind. This is the faster way to do what u want.
