[IB] Ancestor's Fury

I would like to suggest a buff/tweak to the Ironbreaker ability Ancestor's Fury.

Current state:

Increase Strength by X, and Crit by 10%, for 10s. Also affects Oathfriend. Costs 15 Grudge. (Requires 6 Mastery Points)

Proposed change:

Increase Strength by X, and Crit by 10%, for 20s. Also affects Oathfriend. Costs 10 Grudge. (Requires 6 Mastery Points)

Reasoning: Ancestor's Fury is actually good. It doesn't require a target, and it provides crit to you and your friend. It's a little clunky/less-than-ideal/a-little-unfun-to-use for a few reasons:

1. High cost of class resources
2. Short duration to do things while the Ancestor's Fury buff is active.
3. IB's already have a strength buff that is easier to use (Costs AP instead of grudge, lasts longer, provides same Str, big willpower buff)

Points in Detail
1. Grudge is a very valuable resource for IB. 15 grudge every 10 seconds leads to a significant net drain on IB effectiveness (IB skills scale with grudge), as both support-tank or dps, and it usually take 4-6 seconds to replenish the spent grudge.

Remember this is a 10 second skill, and spending 4-6 seconds to get back to peak efficacy, leaves little time to actually utilise the benefit of the skill (Crit and Strength). A minor tweak in the cost of grudge would be nice to improve IB gameplay flow.

2. IB is a buff juggling class. Almost all of the other IB buffs and debuffs have a 20 second duration. Increasing Ancestor's Fury's duration to 20s will bring it in line with the other IB skills, and allow for smoother rotations for all levels of IBs.

3. IB have another skill that provides: a strength buff, doesn't cost grudge, scales strength at the same rate, provides a significant willpower buff, and lasts longer.

When you compare Ancestor's Fury vs this skill (Inspiring Attack) the benefits of Ancestor's Fury are outweighed by the ease of rotation with Inspiring Attack. Inspiring Attack is a core skill, while Ancestor's Fury requires 6 mastery points. This doesn't provide much reason to take Ancestor's Fury as a Mastery choice and alternative strength buff.

The drawback of Inspiring Attack vs Ancestor's Fury, is that Inspiring Attack requires a target, and can be parried. As a strength buff, Inspiring Attack is still easier to use for all IB players of different skill levels. Increasing Ancestor's Fury's duration, and reducing it's cost will make it a viable alternative to Inspiring Attack, while keeping Inspiring Attack as a Willpower buff vs casters.
