SW adjustment suggestion

Fendelphi is on the right track of how Shadow Warrior ranged specs are sub par but his suggestions break the class lore and gameplay styles.
Quoting him for reference
"TL:DR
Issues:
1) Ranged SW is less desirable compared to other ranged DPS options.
2) Skills that breaks the flow of the class or are suboptimal compared to other classes with similar role(Steady Aim and Hunter's Fervor).
3) The 2 ranged stances provide very little benefit when you consider that they also lock out certain core abilities, especially when compared to the bonuses that Assault stance provides.

Potential solutions:
1) Spiral-Fletched Arrow should not be restricted to certain stances.
2) Increase the impact of the utility skills. You dont need to be the king of DPS, as long as you can have an impact on the fight in other ways.
3) Remake "Steady Aim". Currently it is a very clunky skill that is hard to utilize and often feels more of a DPS loss than increase."

All the issues he points out are relevant but the hunters fervor i could go either way on since the ap regen is nice just wish it had a shorter cd; but to add to his list id like to point out a very big issue of the physical dmg being extremely low in skirmish stance skills (scout stance does ok since 2 of the skills you cast are elemental with fester shot hitting quite hard). example of this is the fact that most shadow warriors are lucky to hit heavy/medium armor wearers for triple digits until they are extremely high renown while getting him themselves for thousands by anything that moves (when not in assault stance obviously but even then you will die undoubtingly). Not to mention both of our "counter parts" on destro can do a far more efficient job than shadow warrior with the mechanics (squig can cast any skill whenever at the same lvl a sw can, and mara does not need to stance swap as badly to be viable as a sw does to do anything.)

I do disagree with the proposed solutions Fendelphi had though, spiral fletch should not be available to scout stance as scout is not meant to be mobile but more of a sniper. Remaking steady aim isnt a bad idea but honestly i think its ok as is if they just added a dmg bonus to it in some way like crit dmg bonus or something even if its just 10%. As for the utility skills shadow warrior does fine in that category tbh, they get every CC in the book if you can play the class correctly as you should be stance swapping constantly in combat to make use of everything at hand.

Suggestions i have to alleviate the issues stated:

-scout and skirmish stances are lacking on buffs to the class when swapping to them in comparrison to assault stance so a minor buff would not hurt them. for scout id suggest making the 10% range to 25% to make them a real sniper, and for skirmish getting toughness feels like getting slapped in the face so basically anything else would feel better in that spot.

-for spiral fletch, it does feel lackluster when firing these off at targets and barely scratching them unless its a light armor class. My suggestion to boost this without breaking it would be to add a tactic to allow spiral fletch to do spirit dmg so you can dmg the tankier targets without breaking the numbers as well as forcing choices due to it being a tactic on if you can utilize this or not. (this would also be a double dip into fixing spiral fletch and making a ranged spec for viable)

-steady aim, as stated above this skill is not bad but could use a minor buff to make it worth the global cooldown and extra cast time on the next few skills, adding a dmg bonus either directly to it or to a crit dmg bonus would make this far more worth using.
