Green Cleanin' and Isha's Encouragement

As I explained in this post viewtopic.php?t=53030[url] and proved i ... p?id=22657, and as many Shaman/AM attested, the above cited tactics used to work differently (both here on RoR and on Live) compared to how they work now.

The HoTs granted by the tactics used to stack with each other. This is clearly the intended behavior since the duration of the HoT is longer than the CD of the cleanse, which leads to the fact that if you cleanse a target on CD then you are wasting half of the HoT. Clearly a tactic that can bring to the table only half of its value makes no sense.

This tactic was a staple in small scale (it does not synergizze with Scrub Ya Gud and the equivalent for AM, so no AoE HoT happening here) and it is dearly missed. This tactid did not ovorperform over the years and it is mirrored for both Shaman and AM and as such I don't believe it would introduce any imbalance in the game (as attested by the previous implementation of the tactics).

I think that reverting the change would give (back) more options to both Shaman and AM and fix a tactic that it is clearly not working as inteded as it was designed. If the idea of of skill stacking with itself is not in-line with the current philosophy of the team, then I suggest to switch the HoT to a smaller direct heal; at least in this way the tactic will have a sense.
