Actually Rework Slayer and give it CC

Slayer deserves to have a CC option like literally every other melee DPS on the server that it currently doesn't have for some unknown reason (see my June forum post on this topic).

First, current Rampage is useless. The strikethrough cap makes this ability pointless and it is certainly no longer a class defining ability. Nothing like popping Rampage just to get parried by a low level healer. Just remove it already.

Therefore, Rampage should be removed, and Shatter Limbs moved to its place in TrollSlayer as that is the debuff/smallscale tree. Likewise, Shatter doesn't require either great weapon or dual wield, making it ideal of for the TrollSlayer utility tree. Having Shatter more accessible and lower on the tree gives it more interplay with Giantslayer as well, which also adds some threat to this currently toothless class.

Next, Slayer should be given Pounce or a similar ability. Slayer leap on Vermintide was cool AF and super thematic for a berserker class and should be the 13 pt ability in SkavenSlayer in the same place where GTDC is and subject to similar rage requirements. Frankly, I am also fine if this ability is a mirrored pull like GTDC, but given that Destro gets MDPS leaps on WE and SH, it would make sense for WL and SL to have it on Order.

Finally, ID should be moved to 9 pt ability to mirror Furious Choppin. ID should be changed to mirror that ability anyhow bc FC is just plain better, but at the least ID should always be for 8 seconds rather than random.

No Escape should be left where it is as that mirrors Choppa and is a pretty weak ability.

The tactics in the AoE tree should really be reworked as well as they are mostly weird and useless, but that is another topic.

Slayer needs some form of CC to make up for its lack of mobility in this RDPS meta and the fact that all other MDPS have a pull, leap, AoE KD, etc.

Slayer is currently the worst class in the game because of its all risk, no reward playstyle and punishing class mechanic that is worse now with -25% armor in yellow.

Getting a leap or pull would breathe some much needed life into the class and bring it up to the level of at least Choppa.
