[Declined] [Enginier ] Replace Bugman Best

I have a Suggestion to some Changes within the Engineer Class.

My Idea would be to take the Ability „Bugman's Best“ out of the Game. Not one of the other DPS Classes has the Ability to Self- and Party Heal at this Rate. It's an unfair advantage to the Mirror Class the Magus and any other Range Classes. You can use it too early in the Game and it easily outmatches the Abilities of some DPS Classes.

If this is not an Option then it would be an Idea to put it on another Position in it's own Tree. For Example you can swap it with the „Electromagnet“.

Also, you are not allowed to make proposals for a class that you do not play at a reasonable level in T4, that requirement is R40/RR40.
