Raze is a M2 of tanks that makes 4 tick of 300 damage every 1 second. 1200 damage in 3 seconds for each tank.
Issue :
It's super easy to achieve and super easy to wipe people with only coordinating it with tanks like 3-2-1 GO.
Assuming 8 tank coordinating raze : 1200 X 8 = 9600 AoE morale damage in 3 seconds 65 ft. It becomes worse with 8+ tanks, just imagine 16 tank doing that agaist a normal order warband :

How to Counter:
1- Taunt [It's single target, and reaction time is too low, you probably will be dead before you use it]
2- AoE Knockbacks [%90 of the time tanks will be block it even you realize you're razed ]
3- Rift [%90 of the time tanks will be block it even you realize you're razed ]
4- Other CC's, AoE/ST [%90 of the time tanks will be block it even you realize you're razed ]
5- AoE interrupts [WL-MARA-MAGUS-ENGIE] [%90 of the time tanks will be block it even you realize you're razed ]
6-AoE Morale Drain [KOTBS-MARA]
6-a Crushing Blow :Mara got upper hand to counter it before order tanks build raze, just spam aoe abilities with 3-4 Mara and you'll be fine.
6-b Solar Flare: not optimal due to being M4 and rely on AM, it's %100 doable with 4+ AM tho. Just a HUGE effort to counter no brainer 8+ tank raze in 15 seconds.
7- Stack wounds [ Like 10-11k]
8- Separate [Not optimal due to collusion]
Solution 1:
Remove "Raze" from the game. [This will be the best choice imho]
Solution 2:
Make the tank's block-parry-dodge-distrupt rate %0 when using raze so they will be open for AoE CC's. Won't be optimal if they're immune.
Solution 3:
Make AoE Interrupts undefendable OR %X Strike Through
Solution 4:
Replace "Solar Flare" instead of "No Escape" with playing with tooltip [example: Solar Flare, No damage, Full Morale Drain OR 1200 Damage, 1800 Morale Drain]
Make Marauder attacks not able to drain tank/healer archtype's morales. Because even you make Solar Flare M1; KOTBS not gonna reach M1 anyways due to high morale drain of marauder.
