Fated Veil is true, i just did it and it is in Thunder Mountains, found it in some old Wiki:

ITEM UNLOCK
THUNDER MOUNTAIN. Kill mob @ 48k, 54k to unlock: "Fated Veil." NOTE: Clicking on the Cauldron will give you a piece of meat. Right-clicking on the meat will give you the unlock.

I put 3 pieces of Da Waaagh! Teef, but the bonus with 2 pieces does not activate on the character sheet. Is correct?

You should use the .getstats command to check anything relating to your character and stats, the character screen is known to be buggy and in-accurate.

It is fully updated about how to trigger all ToK unlocks, their rewards, and if the ToK unlocks are implemented or not.

Been trying not to get frustrated with this unlock...

Penril's image has been shafted by photobucket and your video only shows how to get the road south of drake's peace east of High elf chapter 20, not how to get to the proper coordinates in caledor for the obdurate seal. It's impossible to take the road into Caledor because of High Elf ch20 blocking the road.

There is no obvious route through Caledor that I can see. I've been all along the walls of the RvR zone and it's all upwards sheer cliffs or waterfalls.

would appreciate a written description (or updated youtube video) on how to access high elf side of Caledor for this unlock

Edit: Found it. From the end of the video, continue past High Elf ch20 and there is a dirt road through the cliffs that bypasses HE-ch20

Guys, where are Bloodbeast of Khorne now? I ran thru T4 zones and havent found them, seems its only different kinds of "spawns" out there.
