Not sure if i understand, but you want something better than daocbuff? It has the filters from YakUI here, so it should be very advanced.

I tried it with "only" 1920x1080 resolution, but not everything is showing correctly (mainly daocbuff and effigy windows are too big).
I'm trying to fix this with "vectors". Unfortunately it will "lock" the windows, so they will be only movable from within the addon and not in the standard games UI editor anymore.

I'm gonna disable it per default, when i upload the UI again. I also found some other stuff that looks stupid, while playing the game. :)
You can disable it in the EffigyConfigGUI window, when you click "edit" on FriendlyTargetRing or HostileTargetRing. Then go to "icons" and uncheck "Show" for the careericon.

Edit: It should be originally outside of the ring, but i must have overlooked that.

I just tested everything with "vectors" and the addon allows for correct scaling in unlimited different resolutions, but you have to edit the UI elements size and positions with coordinates and arrows with the addon, instead of drag and drop them around like in the normal UI edit window.

UI with 1600x900 resolution:

Sry for the late response. You can deactivate all the advanced filters for every buffbar, this should show all the original buffs:
