Group buffs- exploit/bug?

This has been going on for some time in all tiers. Solo players running around the lakes with full buffs. If I remember correctly, on live you would lose your buffs when the buffer left the party, on death, or when you zoned.

just dont let people be getting buffed from other player higher then the tier their level is apropriate.

As of the next update, the level of a buff applied to a target is capped at the effective level of the target, effective level being the bolstered level or the character level, whichever is higher.

of course it's accurate. join an sc and get buffs, then leave an an sc and pve some. you got the higher level buffs still. this is the same when a high level buffs your lower level character. it's an exploit and makes you incredibly powerful.
