I feel like I'm FORCED to play a healer or tank as Order

See title. There are so few that I rarely, if ever, see one in scenarios, and I've seen warbands disband because they couldn't find any healers or tanks to join. So I feel like I'm obligated and forced to play a healer or tank to get anywhere. I resent this.

What should be done about it? Introduce new companion pets that act as a pocket healer or guard so everyone can go fullpewpew .

I've almost entirely given up on my SW/WH because:
A. They aren't BW/Slayer which are about a billion times better in every way, and
B. There are zero tanks and/or healers so we just get steamrolled by a destro team that has 4-6 healers and 4-6 tanks. (Currently just speaking about scenarios)
And I'm not exaggerating. This is almost every single scenario in T3.

I honestly don't know. I doubt there is some magic fix that can just suddenly populate order with an even balance of classes like Destro seems to have.

No, its pretty much ALWAYS a bad day. I've been at T3 for a few months now and didn't say anything because I thought it was perhaps just a slow week or something. But no. Its every single day.

You could always use the LFG to find tanks/healers for a premade.

Well, I play a healer, or an off tank pretty much exclusively. They are just lower level. Archmage is Tier 2 and swordmaster still Tier 1. I do not like running about alone in RvR. I actually like having to work in a group. When I am alone online I end up doing my Elf quests to level a bit.

Yes, you are forced indirectly to play either as a healer or tank. Literally.

Healers are in the long run much more appreciated than a tank who tanks other tanks.

Then friend, you have just been unlucky, I myself have been in quite a few where we have had some tanks, but no healers and we have always suffered for it.
