So... armor tali frag drop rates

After spending 4+ hrs in the arena I've gotten 3 white armor talisman fragments and 1 green. While leveling scavenging they were pretty scarce aswell. Is there anywhere they drop frequently?

No idea on destro. On Order I found all mine in Saphery farming the 29 champs.

42k 58k I believe... To the SW of the warcamp, below the PQ named Against All Odds. Skirt around their south west edge till you come to the cages, there is a nice cubby against the hills to farm them with relative ease there.

The mobs are blue for Destro. Can't kill em.

Becuese we dont have spot like ordo have, we can farm champ priest spread on road in BFP near Altstad PQ (24k , 36k). There is 8 or 10 mobs to kill.
