i have friends of mine who are really willing to try WAR, they made accounts, downloaded everything ..
and they can't login for 3 days? (invalid username.password)

Maybe you guys should adress this issue, restart the server at least once , or tell us if it's worth it to wait or if we might aswell forget about it ?

I can assure you it's been restarted more than once in those 3 days you speak of.

Maybe if we actually knew what causes it, we'd address it. It's very problematic for us to say the least, and you can probably see it by the amount of posts it generates. I can assure you we're trying to work on a fix as it has already been mentioned in other threads, but for now patience is the only thing that can save you.

It does look rude, but more because of the frustration it causes us - believe me, we're trying to figure it out.

Some email providers prevent you to get the account activation email. I do not know if this applies to your friends but it can be one of the reasons that the account is not active.

Just gotta wait and be patient, man. I'm facing the same issue, but I feel like people need to remember this is a project made by fans, who no doubt have jobs to deal with, which limits the time that can be worked on developing fixes. Anyway, keep doing Sigmar's work, Devs.

I was going to mention that in my previous post, but I did not want to use it as an excuse. We are trying to fix it and that's what matters.

This issue has nothing to do with their e-mail provider. They can log-in to the forums, but not in-game.

I wonder, is there any way to manually enter account info into the server? Maybe as a temporary solution people could PM login info to gave it manually entered into the server? Idk, no computer wiz but I thought maybe it's a possibility? Just really wanting to play this game!
