Hrt does the dmg first then the debuff so unless your target is going to be alive for a while do whatever does the most dmg. On live I never even had hrt on my bars since puncture did more but if you are high middle tree with nothing in right it might actually be higher delve atm would have to look.

atm: HRT > Puncture since its tooltip dmg is actually higher than puncture due to mastery spec.
in general puncture has more tooltipp dmg but without going up in treachery it's not worth using in the current state of game. that will change (as nydig said already) later when you go up for HS and IP.

Its situational if you are solo on a target getting no heals don't bother. If you are in a group or sc with other classes likely putting up wounds debuffs don't bother but if you are on a healer who got off his detaunt and is getting lots of heals and going back to full hp that might be a decent time to use it.

Problem is using it is lower dmg then puncture and with all the chosen and bg around just throwing out debuff like crazy its prob just better to puncture or vs high armor targets don't bother with a finisher just keep aw. End game aw will crit tanks for around 1500 a 5 point puncture would prob be lucky to break 1k on a double crit and again end game being level 40 t4.

However due to the trees atm if you are wb spec you have nothing in right tree boosting puncture dmg and as a result currently it might be better dmg to hrt then to puncture thats something id have to check when I get home.

Just got home and looked all the way up mid tree hrt does 402 dmg puncture is 410 so puncture is still higher dmg so.

How can she uses the opening ability + elixir + position feinting + PA in 3 sec, is there no GCD on elixir? does she use an addon?
3 sec => 8k dmg, with elixir and position feinting doing no dmg, means only AA and PA and kiss proc go for 8k dmg? really?
Im confuse, i cant understand how is that possible to cast so much abilities in 3 sec, and how only AA and PA deal 8k dmg

Elixirs and FP don't take any gcd...

I didn't see the video but she should have high crit and I imagine the ~3 sec rotation is:
Opener+PA+AA / HS+AA / Finisher+AA (+kiss procs) = Here is your 8k damage on squishies with low gear and the most epic burst in game (with Masterfull treachery ofcourse)

It's how the game works. When you open, everything or almost everything procs, then ICDs kick in, or at least that was my own experience on WAR.

So, make your opening count, which is something really basic in most PvP games tbh. This also means that you also have to be super coordinated with the other DPSers of the group, especially if there's a 2nd WE.

Opening at the same time, meaning if not exactly at the same time, all opening within 1 sec of the first, will make a huge difference when the other team has competent healers.

Imo, as a WE, your role is not to provide sustained DPS, but huge, coordinated burst. And when that happens with good timing, your team gets kills. Ofc, that's concerning attacking duties, other things are also important, obviously. Like giving peels when needed, minding your distance to your guard, not over extending, etc.
