I've updated my posts and remade them to be more browsing friendly. From what I've noticed so far I'm missing some of the skins (some emblem weapon rewards) and probably even some more. The next step is to link item names to the specific skins and show how to get them (similiar to some of the one-handed weapons I've already postes i.e Passwatch Axe and more).
On my priority list is the slayer/ironbreaker items as these are the characters I've played the most and got fast access to most areas/quests etc. at hand. as for engineer and runepriest I need to level them first and most likely will need some help to get the items.
So if you know some skins locations/item names please send me a PM with screenshot confirming weapon look and place where you got it.
And if there is someone who want to do similiar project with another race (be it chaos greenskins or whatever) feel free to PM me and I can gladly help you and even provide you with skins available for specified side.
