[Choppa] Mastery Issues?

Hey all. So I recently reached 15 on my Choppa and went Path of da Wrecka. The passive tactic at lv 15 says gain hp regen when furious or berserk. When I go to my tactics its not there, its some random other career tactic. Has anyone else seen issues with this? Are you guys getting your lv 15 tactic from your mastery tree?

You have to spend a mastery point to get the tactic.

Right. In the tree I have gotten to the first tactic, lv 15. Trained it, nothing shows. Am I doing something wrong?

It is impossible to get 1st tactic of any mastery at rank 15. The minimum rank you need is 17 as you need to put 3 points into the tree and then 1 more to acquire the tactic.
