Unable to Login(single character)

I am unable to successfully login on one of the character on my account. When attempting to login it will display the loading screen for Altdorf, but never actually login to the game. I am bounced back to the character select screen after loading would normally complete.

I have since created new characters and am able to login on these new characters without issue.

Some additional background on the character unable to login. I first experienced this issue after logging off to attempt to resolve a problem with my apothecary skill. I was not able to attempt to create new potions so logged off to see if that would fix things.

After selecting the character, type /stuck while loading screen. Your character should be sent to starting zone.
