Need help to conect to server

Exactly the same thing for me on windows while all was working perfectly before the crash server ....

MAny people with this issue....

This worked for me:
Restart launher over and over until both servers show green.
If you press connect and it doesn't grey out after you press it, restart the launcher until it does.

I start the launcher many and many times and it's still red ..... Imo, I think there is another option ...however I hope so !

i was having the same issue as everyone else (windows based here) and this worked after about 10-15 attempts

Ever since the crash the other day, logging in has been an extremely long and difficult process. I finally got in earlier, by continually restarting the launcher, then I crashed while trying to join a public WB. Now i'm back to trying to get the launcher to work...

I managed to get into the game login twice now, both times I get crit error before I get to character screen. I have been playing fine for weeks now, what has changed in the past few days??

I try fifty times to launch the game and still web server in red/ connect in grey .

I try to reinstall the game but same sh.... ^^

Instead of the Web Sever being red, the Login Server goes red. Was playing fine this morning, but then I got DC and couldn't log back in since.

The server is down now, for everyone !!! maybe the team is working on this issue

Most likely if the server is down. I was only concerned because the Website still says the servers are online.
