Ok so are there Master Artificer's Reliquary boxes in the game?
If so where do i get them?
If not what is the next highest lvl box?

there aren't- the next highest- iirc would be the ones from the guild vendor r50- and they're useless.

So what should i use to make t4 gems?

You use the lvl 1 boxes. rank 200 purp frags/mats will give you +24 stat tali's.

the highest ones are r100 from t4 loot bags (pvp only I guess)...but the r50 from guild vendor are really cheap.
They improve the chance for a special moment...so an upgrade in quality and are DEFINETLY useful if you have a couple of blue fragments.
for the +24 you will need the max ranked ones and a normal crit,which is not related to the boses...although the r200 ones would give a +1 PL we could actually need right now
