No sense to go build with 2 finishers imo. BaL is better at everything but SCs when target is likely to die before BaL ends. Undisputed in ganking, great for picking off targets in rvr, vastly superior damage to EW overally. And to be honest that -150 in stats wont change anything since after useing finisher target should be dying already.
