How to get Manticore/Griffon?

I just wonder what needs to be done to have one of those? On live it was so helpfull. I remember how i manage to chase and catch everybody because it has 65% speed (5% faster than a guild horses) and nobody be able to run away from my party because of me. After 100rr arrives there 75% horses appeared, but i used manticore anyways, just because it's awesome and nostalgic.
So is there any condition i can match to ride again on this wild beast, or they just to OP with they're 65% speed and developers want them as uniqe stallions for themselves only?

I think you need to report bugs, not minor or any bug. but something big that will help the developers alot.

Lol.

They're given for reporting game-breaking bugs/exploits. And I belive their speed is 60% on RoR.

I reported everything i find. 33 open and 21 closed reports. I dont know if it helps a lot or just a little bit, i just hope it helps.

Find a gamebreaking Bug. Also the movement speed was lowered to 60% im afraid.

These mounts are given only for serious issues, which are not obvious, and which significantly threaten either the security and stability of the server or its economy. Please don't waste GM time by creatively spinning minor reports into something that they're not.

It's for reporting things like massive gold/item duping exploits, I think. So in a way, you have to hope you never get one so there doesn't need to be a rollback/wipe
