I always found doing it the hard way was best. It makes you a better player by breaking down and understanding what's going on around you. Granted I know the struggle in orvr.

Enemy. You can set the color/type of halo around your gaurd target, with a very handy distance reader for you as well. You can assign different players to auto-target set's for quick targetting gaurding combat. Enemy also shows whom in your party is already gaurded, so you can read your other tanks. It also shows what type of Debuff is on each party memeber(Hint the Heal Debuffed one is probably a good choice to swap Gaurd too). It is easily customized to fit your UI, replacing a lot of clutter.


But I agree with above, I can target and hotkey it myself. All Addon's will bug out at times(use /reloadui) so don't always rely 100% on them. Just put Guard on a mouse-button or Alt+1 and get in the habit of Target/double click.
