Client download issues and troubleshooting

Getting the following error:

Data.myp:
System.Management.ManagementException: Invalid class
at System.Management.ManagementException.ThrowWithExtendedInfo(ManagementStatus errorCode)
at System.Management.ManagementObjectCollection.ManagementObjectEnumerator.MoveNext()
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler..ctor(String filename, del_FileTableEventHandler eventHandler_FileTable, del_FileEventHandler eventHandler_Extraction, HashDictionary hashDic)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

Files are not read only.
I've gotten the latest version of the Launcher from the installation instructions page.
I downloaded the game via torrent, and rechecked the files twice.
I'm running the launcher as Administrator.
The launcher is in the same folder as the rest of the game.

Check that the RoR launcher is inside the game folder and War.exe is present. If it still doesn't work, try downloading the game again.

as I said the launcher was copied to the folder. And War.exe is present. Here is a Dir of the folder.

The error persists, but now it lets me proceed with creating a character.

Hello Elven, I wanted to play this awesome game again, so I downloaded all needed files, but I wast getting that "System.IO.FileNotFoundException:....." error, which I fixed. However I have same problem as Merbal has (or at least very similiar) - I log in, game starts, I see some loadings with music and then the screen with terms accepting (and then characters) shortly appears - literally just for a second and then the game terminates. Any ideas how to fix this? I tried to also download your data.myp file, but it didn't help.

However to fix this I downloaded your version of packed launcher + I downloaded you data.myp file and it is already fixed - I don't get this message anymore, however game terminates immediately when it get on character / terms accepting screen.

Thanks, but as I said - I already did this before, but it didn't help. I tried it again now, but the game still crashes after loading screen. Right now I am trying to download the game again.
