Instead of argueing if this addon have a crucial impact on the game or not I sugest we post what we use this addon for. Post your Sequences and conditions. I'll start with a couple examples I use. Everything else on these classes I run as normal.
Squig Herder: Yer Bleedin (stack 1 self) + Rotten Arrer
Chosen: Supression + Shatter Enchant + Ravage
Black Orc 1: Wot Armor (stack 1 self) + Follow My Lead
Black Orc 2 :Trip Em Up (stack 1 self) + Tuffer N Nails
Black Orc 3 : Skull Thumper (stack 1 self) + Savin me Hide
What Nerfed Buttons sequences and conditions do you use?

For W/E
/nb add 1[enfeebling strike]:ae:9401:+[agonizing wound]:ae:9427:+[slice]
Positional check for when to AW over Slice
for Mara , put on correct archtype
/nb add 1[Touch of Instability];a:cast:+:e[Touch of Rot];a:melee:+:e
EDIT: Interesting how all these people that are for it, aren't exactly sharing their sequences. Even tho it gives no advantage.
Just remember that NB is not necessarily a sequence builder, but rather a priority building. If you want skills that require parry/block/disrupt to fire when available, you want to load them at the begining of your string. If you want to make a no cooldown skill have a cooldown so you can get to other skills in the string, make sure you use virtual cooldowns on it. One thing you should consider, is the more complicated a string you have the harder it is for the game to process it which could lead to a basically broken string spamming one skill.

Closely guarded non-advantage giving sequences that are only passed down through the guilds by oral tradition and pictograms
