T4 Destro during EST time frame sucks balls. I know cuz that's when I play. Part of the problem is the handoff from EU prime time to US EST prime time. There is a lot of distrust in ORvR / Closed warbands / no communication etc. Unfortunately I do not know the answer to this. Maybe make the BFO timers shorter, allowing for the stops to be more frequent. Base Time to capture a flag off of distance to keep for attackers wc.

Well. We took a keep last night. We had 12 in proper groups plus however many PUGs, but probably around a full WB total. About half our number in defenders, maybe a few more(an alliance group what what looked like some Solo)With changes to lord damage, 1 group can handle him. We were able to tank the Lord using morales, and 2nd party on destro duty till they wiped. We've found that using the center Stairs is far better... Actually we let the PUGs run up the side, and when the fight started we pushed middle into an empty Lord room, set up, and when the Lord returned to the room he was ours... If there had been a even halfway defense on mid, who knows what woulda happened...

As it stands, I think that is the best strat. Push sides a little, then rush mid, take control of Lord room and then it's just a matter of timing and positional awareness... Will keep testing and strategizing. GL to you all!

Edit; I still don't think we coulda taken the keep with same numbers or out numbered though. And the fact that we ninjad the outer, and Dessie didn't really show till inner was at 50%... It could of very well easily been a wipe.

Yep you need to take control of the keep, either keeping destro out of the lords room by drawing them out to the sides, or punting them off from the keep, or killing them all before tanking the lord with no-one left.
Clearly failure to deal with any destruction players before trying to take the lord is a complete waste of time. Glad to hear you were able to do it, hopefully I can then get full annihilator on my WP in NA time :)

Yea, a good number of defenders really makes taking a keep a big step, just as it should be.

We've capped for a seal before during NA, just not since the downtime.

Nothing the Devs can really do about this though.
At this hour you basically have two options:
Get spawn camped by Order pre-mades in SCs
or
Farm arena

NA population is meh. I was kind of interested in the game then it went down...so I found other things to play. I can't be the only one.

I am somewhat the same. I had just gotten to Tier 4 and wanted to really get into RvR, but then my guild was lost, the server went down, and I switched back to GW2. I want to play, but finding the yen to do so is ...difficult....
Order only. Just High Elves.
Xramoth-Swordmaster (in live was Ramoth)
Caranath-White Lion (in live was Niniel)
Maldavie-Archmage (Same name in live)

So basicly the problem isn't really the population rather then the lack of organized Destruction guilds/warbands active durning NA primetimes? If thats the case its a community issue not a population issue. All it takes is one person from the Destruction to take his hands out of his pockets and start to organize and make things happen. It's not rocket science. If you want things to happen then make it happen rather then expect someone else to do it for you. Thats pretty much my life motto.
