Character delete [Solved]

I start play yesterday and i create first char, i was playing to lvl 7 and logout 7 or 10h ago but when i login today char was gone, i check armory and he is realy gone, no char its magic. What is this crap ?

There was an unfair exploit to a few characters from a bug from the patch. To fix it, there was roll back to erase all new data that was accumulated after the patch. Kind of like a windows restore. So you might have created it after the patch was put in.

This is because there was a major bug issue last night which ultimately meant that a roll back was required.

This likely effected your account, meaning that the server state rolled back to before your character was created. You will have to create the character again.

I don't entirely follow what you're saying. With regards to this topic, any character progression from the past day or so has been reverted back to a previous backup of the character database due to the bug.

If anything has been removed it's because of this. Just make the characters again.

was it something like 6 months?

They have done some Inactive Account wipes to free up names and clean up the DB.
