Experimental mode?

barely skimmed every page i should have been looking at and vaguely informned myself from the main page. I have no idea what this is. What is this experimental mode? And i only read like 3 topics in the high elf section. I know. I know

Before you get destroyed by the Developers and moderators and game masters, do yourself a massive favour and instead of skimming the pages take the time to read the completely, twice. Then if you have any questions post on the forums. You will not get any kind answers with a post which no offence, but, essentially says "I can't be bothered to read the notes fully, someone please summaries it because I am lazy."
