Empire Hats

Are there a great many "Floppy Hats" availible for empire characters? If so, where could one find them?

I don't think the carroburg style hats are available as an alt appearance item now, they might come up as a event reward.

Floppy Hats were never ingame.

But the items as models are ingame.
Devs need client controll to give the database numbers an icon so it can be in your inventory and be obtained.

So wait for client controll. Afaik they have begin testing. So maybe, only my estimation, no rumors, no infos, in 4-6 month appearance items might find the way in.
