The pfeffierstocks

I am doing the quest chain the pfefferstocks on order and am to the point where I am sent to find jup lohenbeck to retrieve a couple pendants from him. It says he is in reikland in the reikwatch. But for the life of me I cannot find him. Any hint for help would be greatly appreciated. I have ran all over rvr area and went to pve camps with no luck. So what am I missing.

Didnt see it in the patch notes. I probably missed it. Just wanted to say quest chain does work now and has a completetion. Thank you very much on all the fixes you folks do. Dont know if you ever get a hey that works now kinda thing. It is greatly appreciated.
