I agree EoV seems OP when you watch it, but it requires atleast 3 targets to be affective not to mention aswell that it is 80ft range and you actually need to hit enemy targets. What am trying to say is its High risk/Great heals because you will almost always be in a bad position unless you are funneling (which sometimes might be worse because of LoS).
