I keep reading "CS nerf"... but was it really nerfed? Maybe for WB, but in small scale I believe it is better than before. After all, it stacks with Challenge (which is the reason why it got "nerfed" right?) so you can potentially proc it on a mDPS, a tank (or a 2nd mDPS), then Challenge and it would reduce their damage more than before.

And they all should stack with Ya Missed me too. What do you guys think?
